Refund policy
if you received a plant not in the wanted condition, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package for your refund. we do not take returns if you dont take action within the 24 hours time period.
Show us pictures of what is wrong to variegatedjungle@outlook.com
and other information that might be useful. like: tracking code, box state, plants state etc.
You can always contact us for any return question at variegatedjungle@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
if the plants are damaged, like broken leafs, we will refund it if: plants were not good packaged. otherwise it is on risk of the buyer as we are not responsible for what the courier handled the package.
Exchanges
if the return is accepted by us, we will or send you new plant or send the money back.
